Diesel Grinders

Diesel Rotochoppers are ideal for the operator who needs mobility and a stand-alone power supply. Stationary, or mobile, available in infeed widths from 24" through 66", any diesel Rotochopper will make the same premium finished product: "Perfect In One Pass." All mobile Rotochoppers are fully road legal without permits and set up in less than 15 minutes.

Electric Grinders

Electric Rotochoppers are a low-maintenance, high-production solution if you have access to 3 phase power and no need for mobility. The industry standard for efficiency and productivity, electric Rotochoppers are simple to operate and famously durable. Available from 50 HP through 400 HP, our all-electric grinders feature the most advanced electronics in the business.

Wood Chip Processors

Wood Chip Processors are a great opportunity for the arborist industry. If you have whole tree chips or any other pre-ground material, you can produce perfect colored or uncolored processed mulch with the mobile CP-118. Using the same patented colorizing system as our larger grinders, the CP-118 is a Rotochopper exclusive. There is no other machine on the market like it.

Baggers

Affordable, automated mobile baggers are another product that we developed in direct response to requests from our customers. Owners of Rotochopper grinders, already making a high quality mulch product, wanted to sell more mulch by bagging it. Go-Baggers are now making owners money bagging mulch, as well as, compost, dirt, corn, potatoes, sand and almost anything else you have seen in a bag.

Shingle Grinders

Processing asphalt shingles for reuse in hot mix road paving applications is considered by many to be one of the most exciting new profit centers in recycling. There are approximately 11 million tons of new reject and tear off asphalt shingles available for grinding each year. Currently liquid asphalt prices are approximately $360.00 per ton. This means that a ton of reject asphalt shingles (26% actual asphalt content) contains about $94.00 of liquid asphalt . Combine this with a typical disposal charge of at least $20 per ton and a processing rate of 40 tons per hour and you have a major profit center. In response to the opportunities and challenges of grinding shingles, Rotochopper offers the RG 1, the only machine on the market designed specifically for this tough application.
