Rotochopper has asked that question many times. After all, the MC-266 was big enough, fast enough and smart enough to make a whole lot of customers a whole lot of money. But that was yesterday. Our first rule is to listen to our customers and today they've made it clear: Build a much bigger machine with the features of our old favorite, MC-266. Meet the B-66. Bigger throat opening at 66" wide and 32" deep. That means you can swallow a whole 32" diameter tree; limb, leaf, branch and trunk. Bigger engine with power up to 750 HP. More iron across the scale at 63,000 lbs (approx), but still within DOT limits on height, width and length. Bigger brain power with the StopWatch TM metal alert and diagnostic system; StopWatch TM is the only system on the market that stops your grinder before it inhales that 10 or 20 lb hunk of steel. The B-66 does all this while retaining the features that made the MC-266 so popular. Baffled screens for fine tuning product quality and texture. The patented grind and color system with vastly superior liquid colorants to make "Perfect In One Pass" mulch. Easy in, easy out side entry screen change; by far the simplest, quickest system on the market. No chains, bars or loaders needed. SB-24 DS
Stationary Wood Grinder       

The SB-24 DS is a high speed high performance wood grinder designed specifically to process slab wood or any wood waste product less than 24" wide and 10" thick. Auto load sensing means no plugging or jamming. Turn it on and let it run. Like all Rotochoppers, near perfect particle size control sets it apart from all other grinders. Finished product quality is the result of critical and unique Rotochopper design features.

Powered by a 475 HP CAT diesel engine, the DS-266 makes quick work of trees and brush, pallets, bark, food waste, cutoffs, railroad ties, asphalt shingles, and more. With a generous 66" infeed opening and a loading height of less than 4 feet, the DS-266 is easy to load and can be fed with a skid steer loader.

Powered by a 300 HP CAT diesel engine, the 256 has a 56" wide feed opening and the same "Perfect In One Pass" design as the rest of the Rotochopper family. A collection conveyor runs beneath the full length of the machine to reduce spillage and keep your site clean and orderly.
